A new page on the climate conference in Delhi has been added. October 23 to November 1, 2001 sees the eighth session of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) Conference of the Parties (or, COP8 for short). Leading up to this conference there has still been little progress on reducing emissions, as well as little middle coverage from some of the mainstream.
